Our Story

My name is Lisa and I am the founder and owner of Goodiebites cake pops located in New York City. My love for baking reached a whole new level in 2010. With Halloween just around the corner, and wanting to dabble in something more exciting than just cupcakes, I began designing and decorating cake pops for family and friends. It was a fun activity that I grew to enjoy – experimenting with different flavors, shapes, and toppings. As I decided to send them out that holiday season in beautiful gift baskets, I received many positive and exciting feedback and immediately knew I was on to something. With the help of a small team, I began on an amazing journey that allowed me to use my artistic background to produce delicious yet creative treats.

Fast-forward to today and customers are still raving about our cake pops – challenging our abilities as Cake Pop Divas, (as we like to call ourselves). We pride ourselves in taking any theme for any occasion and constructing a beautifully designed two-bite dessert that tastes just as fantastic as it looks. Because each cake pop is specially handcrafted to the customer's specifications, we ensure both quality and uniqueness for any event that we take part in. On no account will we ever use fondant, as we believe it is never as tasty as the smooth chocolate shell that we use to coat our cake pops. Furthermore, every embellishment placed on our pops is 100% edible, allowing all ages to enjoy our treats.
